Resources
These are some assorted resources I have found useful in various aspects of computing and life in general. All programs listed below are quality and I personally recommend (and use) all of them. Will be added to as I figure out what resources I really do use...

- OpenOffice.org: a Free alternative to Microsoft Office
- The GIMP: a Free alternative to Photoshop
- Firefox: Better and more secure than Internet Explorer
Programming/Web Design Resources
- Web Design Tutorials and Reference (W3 Schools)
- Validate your web pages against the standards

- Eclipse: a free platform for Java development (and other languages as well)
Nothing to see here. Move along.
